I will attempt to post the result right after I use the command after I kill the heart. I pretty much have experience in the game, so killing the heart is not a hard thing to do. Worst case scenario: you have to kill the Heart once. What's the priority: what the command is supposed to do (unlocking everything), or the mod/unlocks restriction (unlocking nothing at all)? Wouldn't mind if you could try and post the result here.
